A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 21, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective, deadly weapons, etc.) at the Jeju District Court on February 21, 2013 and completed the execution of the sentence on October 28, 2013.
