A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics,

1. On March 29, 2019, the Defendant, together with B, agreed to purchase the cambacopon (hereinafter “copon”; hereinafter “copon”) at the cost of KRW 100,000,000,000,000 in cash, from the roads near Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C apartment, and received approximately 0.5g of the copon from D on the copon.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with B to purchase philophones.

2. At around 03:40 on March 30, 2019, the Defendant opened approximately 0.5g opphonephones on the gambling place, opened in the building E of Ansan-si, and in the F, opened approximately 0.5g opphones on the gambling place as soon as possible through a water-containing pipe as soon as possible, and administered the opphones by a method of turning off with G and B along with G (tentatively referred to as “popphone”).

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with G and B, administered philophones.

3. On May 11, 2019, the Defendant, together with B, agreed to purchase penphones. On May 20, 201, the Defendant received KRW 100,000 in cash from 846, Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, and D on the roads near Yeongdeungpopo Station, and approximately KRW 0.2 gram of the phone-phones.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with B to purchase philophones.

4. On May 11, 2019, the Defendant administered 0.2 gramphonephones with G and B at the guest room on the third floor of the Hmomotour in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and administered philophones by using a frien method.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with G and B, administered philophones.

5. On July 2, 2019, at around 04:24, the Defendant purchased 100,000 won in cash from D on the roads near the 329 new forest basin, Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and purchased philophones by using approximately 0.2g of philophones.
