On July 2012, the Defendant visited the said Defendant’s house to the said documentary site, posted a “E”, which is an obscene image from which sexual sexual intercourse is exposed on the bulletin board and wherein sexual intercourse is exposed, so that many and unspecified people can get it shared.

Until January 2, 200, the above Defendant connected to a towing file (www.ystile.com) which is an Internet site, and distributed it so that many and unspecified people can get downloaded by posting a “F” which is obscene image from which the sexual organ of both men and women is exposed on the bulletin board and the sexual act is exposed to the girical sexual act site. On March 22, 2013, the Defendant sent a “G,” which is obscene image (www.bonisk.com) on the Internet site of the above Defendant’s home, and distributed it to the bulletin board so that many and unspecified people can get downloaded. On April 24, 2013, the Defendant sent a “N,” which is an obscene image on the Internet website of the above Defendant’s home (www.N.com).
