A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall acquire any benefits to property by making any data processed after inputting or altering data into a computer or any other information processing device without authority.

Nevertheless, on December 13, 2016, after obtaining C’s official certificate in an irregular manner at a closed place, the name-free person provided loans of KRW 67,800,00 from one card for the victim corporation in the name of C, KRW 54,530,00 from the victim corporation’s school life, and KRW 29,803,645 from the victim corporation’s KRB life to the KDB’s account (D), and then transferred the above loans to the KDB’s comprehensive financial account (E), and then again, the person who provided the above funds to the Defendant’s company bank account (F) with KRW 20,00,000, KRW 5,910,000, KRW 10,000 from the G company name bank account (H), and KRW 54,530,000 from the Korean bank account, KRW 50,000, KRW 300,000, KRW 930,000.
