Punishment of the crime

around August 12, 2014, the Defendant claimed insurance money under the name of brain flasing diagnosis expenses to the victim merts Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. on or around September 19, 2014, and received KRW 20,000,000 from the victim merts Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. to the Defendant’s bank account in the name of the Defendant from August 26, 2014 to September 26, 2014, including remittance of KRW 20,000 from August 26, 2014 to September 26, 2014.

Accordingly, the defendant was informed of the victims to receive the property.

2. From August 21, 2014 to December 20, 2014, the Defendant was hospitalized in the H convalescent Hospital located in Gwangjubuk-gu as the foregoing in a false manner, and then claimed insurance money as a hospitalization fee to the victim’s Mests Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. on or around December 30, 2014, and received KRW 3,247,307 from the victim’s Mests Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. to the Defendant’s bank account in the name of the Defendant from around December 29, 2014, including receiving KRW 3,247,307 from the victim’s Mests Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. to the Defendant’s account in the name of the Defendant from around November 29, 2015 to around July 1, 2015, and received KRW 23,297,277,77, as shown in the annexed crime list No. 3 times from November 27, 2015.

Accordingly, the defendant was informed of the victims to receive the property.
