A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 17:00 on May 25, 2014, the Defendant: (a) under the influence of alcohol at the “D” restaurant operated by the Victim C (30 years of age) in Ischeon-si; (b) caused damage to property equivalent to KRW 4,800 in total by breaking up two so-called so-called 2 so-called Mac-be, two Mac-beck-be, one small-scale, and one half-to-becop-becing-becing-becing-to-becing-becing-becing-on; (c) caused damage to property of KRW 4,800 in total; and (d) caused damage to the victim’s left kne-to-bec-bec-becing-becing-becing-becing-becing-becing-becing-being-becking-becking-becking-being-becing-being-beck.
Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's property, injured the victim, and interfered with the victim's restaurant business.
2. The Defendant’s insult, injury, or obstruction of performance of official duties was arrested as a flagrant offender by E District F, etc. F, who was dispatched by the Defendant upon receipt of a report of 112 that he was fluoring the riot as described in paragraph (1) and was sitting at the seat of the 1st team office of the Leecheon-gu Criminal Police Station from May 25, 2014 to 23:00, while the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender at E District F, etc., he was in front of the said police station, from around 20:0 on May 25, 2014 to the victim G, who is the circumstances belonging to the said police station from around 23:00, while he was in front of the said police station, etc., he was in front of the victim, who was in front of the said police station, and was in front of the victim’s left part of the police station for treatment of the victim and the victim’s 2nd class.
Accordingly, the defendant insults the victim G openly, and simultaneously interferes with the police officer's legitimate performance of public duties concerning the maintenance of public order and handling of reports.
