Punishment of the crime

1. On August 31, 2014, from around 19:00 to around 23:30 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) took part in the heading point of “E” operated by the victim D (Inn, 58 years old) located in Busan Franchi C over six occasions; and (b) took a bath for customers without any particular reason, “I am franchise, embling, dead, and discarded,” and interfered with the victim’s bar business by force, such as: (c) making customers go out from the main point of view; and (d) making customers go out with the bar business.

2. 공무집행방해 피고인은 2014. 8. 31. 23:40경 부산 연제구 C에 있는 F 앞에서 신고를 받고 출동한 부산연제경찰서 G지구대 소속 순경 H(39세)이 사건 경위를 파악하기 위해 피고인에게 “무슨 일이십니까”라고 물어보자 “씹새끼야, 개자슥아, 입뽕 한번하자”라고 하면서 주먹을 휘두르고, H이 이를 피하면서 피고인을 제지하기 위해 피고인의 팔을 잡자 이로 H의 왼쪽 손등을 깨물고, 발로 H의 왼쪽 무릎 부분을 차는 등 폭행하여 경찰관의 범죄단속에 관한 정당한 직무집행을 방해하였다.
