Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From March 1, 2008, the Defendant is a person who has served as the head of the E kindergarten located in Ssung-gu in the World War from March 1, 2008 to the present.

1. An operator of a private school that violates the Private School Act shall manage tuition fees or other money due with the income of school expenses in a separate account, and shall not transfer or lend such income to another account;

Nevertheless, from March 1, 2008 to March 1, 2009, the Defendant reported the appointment of F and G who did not work at the above E kindergarten as the teacher of the above kindergarten to the Daejeon Western District Office of Education as if he appointed the above kindergarten, and instead wrongfully disbursed the income belonging to the accounts of school expenses to the above F and G as if he paid the above F and G total amount of KRW 31,536,000 as salary.

2. Around February 3, 2009 and around February 26, 2009, the Defendant filed a false appointment report as if he/she appointed F and G to the Daejeon District Office of Education of Daejeon District Court as a teacher of the above E kindergarten.

However, in fact, F and G were working at H childcare centers and did not have worked as a teacher at the above E kindergarten.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 440,000 won under the pretext of the improvement expenses for the treatment of teachers.
