Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 12,000,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, while engaging in the activities of the Korea-U.S. F. D., in Jeju-si, was established and operated on December 26, 1991, E Kindergartens, DF-affiliated childcare centers of social welfare corporations on June 1, 1993, and D meal service facilities on June 14, 2001, respectively.

1. On the basis of the fact that the Defendant, as an founder of E kindergarten, is able to exercise the right to appoint and dismiss teachers and staff members pursuant to Article 53-2(1)2 of the Private School Act, by means of acquiring subsidies for personnel expenses of the E kindergarten-type general assistant personnel (three-generation assistant personnel) (three-generation assistant personnel), the Defendant received the said D’s request from G to obtain the intention to obtain the said subsidy for personnel expenses of the above general assistant personnel (three-generation assistant personnel) and received the said D’s request on or around March 201, to “the name is changed by only the name is the general assistant personnel of E kindergarten-type,” and then received the said D’s request for approval.

3. 28. On April 201, 201, the E Kindergarten Director instructed the head of the Jeju District Education Office of Education to report that the above G is employed as a general assistant to E kindergarten paper from April 201 to February 2012, and implemented the EM as if he/she were employed as a general assistant to E kindergarten paper.

However, from the beginning, the Defendant did not have any way to actually employ the said G as a general assistant to the E kindergarten.

Therefore, on April 28, 201, the Defendant, using the bank account (I) in the name of the E kindergarten at the Jeju bank located in the Jeju bank located in Jeju-dong, Jeju-dong, Jeju-do, 241 on April 28, 201, obtained KRW 4,00,000 from the head of the District Education Office (J in charge of the Jeju District Education Office) in the name of the personnel expenses for the full-day assistant, and acquired it by the same means and methods as well as by deceiving the head of the District Education Office of Jeju-si from April 201 to April 2013, and acquired KRW 12,00,000 through three times from April 201 to April 2013.
