Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in the cargo transport business using Bone Star Co., Ltd.

If it is intended to operate a truck transportation brokerage business, it shall obtain permission from the Minister of Construction and Transportation in accordance with Ordinance of Ministry of Construction and Transportation.

From June 12, 2017 to July 31, 2017, the Defendant created “C” in the Lpla car Stockholm, and arranged freight transport services without obtaining permission from the Minister of Construction and Transportation, to 12 members, including D, by mediating a freight transport contract.
