Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to operate a truck transport arrangement business shall obtain permission from the Minister of Construction and Transportation in accordance with Ordinance of Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the Minister of Construction and Transportation, advertised “D” on the Internet homepage (C) and NAB Blobs, from the early August 22, 2016 to August 22, 2017, and recruited customers by advertising “D” on the Internet homepage (C) and the Internet Blobsing, and advertised customers who are engaged in trucking transport business by the above methods in the Kakao Stockholm group where the articles (blobs) are organized.

Defendant 1 received fees of KRW 453,700 over 75 times in total from August 13, 2016 to August 22, 2017, such as where 10% of the charge is charged from the media articles, after arranging the same as above.

Accordingly, the defendant operated the truck transport arrangement business without permission of the Minister of Construction and Transportation.
