1. Of the judgment of the court of first instance, the above Defendants exceeded the following parts recognized as to Defendant B, C, and D:

1. Basic facts

A. In order to implement an agricultural infrastructure improvement project and effectively install, maintain, and manage agricultural infrastructure, the Plaintiff’s name was changed to the central land improvement cooperative pursuant to Article 3(1) of the Addenda of the Rural Community and Agricultural Infrastructure Corporation Act (Act No. 2199 of January 12, 197) and to promote the improvement of agricultural productivity and the development of the rural economy on October 4, 192, the Central Repair Cooperative established pursuant to the Joseon Repair Association Order (Ordinance No. 5759 of February 5, 1999), and the Central Repair Cooperative was changed to the central land improvement cooperative pursuant to Article 6(1) of the Addenda of the Land Improvement Project Act (Act No. 948 of December 31, 1961). After that, the Plaintiff succeeded to the rights and obligations of the Central Farmland Improvement Association pursuant to Article 9 of the Addenda of the Korea Rural Infrastructure and Agricultural Infrastructure Corporation and Farmland Corporation Act (Act No. 5759 of February 5, 199).

(hereinafter, the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s telegraphic body are referred to as “Plaintiffs”. B.

The Plaintiff, from around 1922 to February 1930, purchased 1,258 square meters from G to 162 square meters from G to 1,258, and 162 square meters from 1923, as the site of E (former name: F reservoir) when performing the work of installing agricultural reservoirs located in the area of farmland of 13,390ha from Gangwon-gu, Chungcheongnam-gun, Gyeonggi-do, and Ycheon-gun.

However, the cadastral record, such as the land cadastre, was destroyed due to the disaster of June 25, and the cadastral record, such as the land cadastre, was restored to the original land and the land location, lot number, etc., and the land category was changed or divided.
