1. However, the Defendant, as an insurance solicitor, was in charge of insurance business and did not engage in investment-related business, such as fund, but the Defendant presented false statements to the victim even though he was not an employee of a new financial investment company. Nevertheless, on September 26, 2012, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 1.2 million from the victim to the account under the name of the Defendant’s name as the investment in real estate funds on September 26, 2012, and received a total of KRW 53,89,500 over 20 times from around that time to March 18, 2014, as shown in the attached crime list.
2.
