Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

A. At around 03:00 on December 22, 2012, the Defendant: (a) cut off the clothes neck (123) suffering from Category D’s hair, which was under the influence of the victim D while under the influence of alcohol, by using a cresh in which surveillance was neglected while the locked; and (b) cut off by means of holding a half wall inside the part of the victim’s possession and a cash 150,00 won, Daegu Bank BC card 1; (c) one bank bC card; and (d) one bank bC card with the resident registration certificate.

B. From 06:48 on December 22, 2012 to 07:33 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) calculated the drinking value at the G main points operated by the Victim FF in Daegu-gu E on the same day; (b) presented the Victim D-TBC card (NO.H) that was stolen as one of his/her card; and (c) paid the drinking value by issuing sales slips to the victim after signing the sales slip.

However, in fact, the defendant was stolen of the above D-owned Daegu Bank BC card and the NO card (NO.I), so there was no legitimate right of use, and there was no intention or ability to settle the drinking value.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, was issued from the victim an alcoholic beverage and a share equivalent to the market value of KRW 400,000 at that time.

The Defendant, in addition to this, from around 03:51 on December 22, 2012 to 12:38 on the same day, received property from victims or took property benefits in total at least 22 times in the same manner as indicated in the “attached Form” list.

(c) No credit card or debit card which violates the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act or is stolen shall be sold or used;

Nevertheless, from around 06:48 on December 22, 2012 to around 07:33 on the same day, the Defendant, at Gju stores operated by the Victim FF in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, by making drinking and drinking alcohol, and calculating the following drinking value, the Defendant’s e-mail card, such as Daegu Bank BC Card, which was stolen as described in the preceding paragraph, is the above business establishment.
