A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

Punishment of the crime

As a ship of Chinese nationality, the Defendant is a person who develops and manages the web program and smartphone display system used for crimes such as Bosing, singing, singing, wiretapping, and the development of a sports soil entertainment site in the autonomous Gu of the Chinese Joseon Dynasty.

Accordingly, the Defendant designed and manufactured a system that issues sports betting tickets or similar things using information and communications networks and provided them for public use.
