Punishment of the crime

On February 6, 2004, the Defendant subscribed to the nine insurance contracts of seven insurance companies from November 15, 1994 to February 6, 2004 and paid an amount of insurance premium of KRW 233,365 per month.

The Defendant abused the fact that daily allowances are to be paid in the event that he entered into the above insurance contract, and received hospital treatment for a long time as necessary, and attempted to obtain insurance proceeds by means of long-term hospitalization while continuing to move to hospital.

The Defendant was diagnosed by the “D Council Members” located in G at Fapo City from January 5, 2008 to February 24, 2008, and was hospitalized for 17 days after being diagnosed by the “D Council Members”.

However, the above disease of the defendant was a relatively minor disease that does not require hospital treatment for up to 17 days.

Nevertheless, on January 29, 2008, the defendant received proper hospitalized treatment for the above disease against the victim's KRB life around 17 days. Accordingly, the defendant paid insurance money to the victim's life.

In addition, the victim company's compensation officer received KRW 680,00 from the victim company's employee for the same day as the insurance money, and acquired KRW 274,04,119 in total from January 24, 2008 to July 7, 2014 as stated in the annexed crime list.
