In order to select several insurance products with high security, and to receive insurance money such as hospitalization expenses after intensive purchase, the Defendant was not hospitalized properly while staying out for the purpose of receiving the insurance money. Even if the disease requires hospital treatment, even if the disease requires hospital treatment for a long time, the Defendant was issued a hospitalization certificate, diagnosis certificate, etc. stating that the patient had been properly hospitalized after being hospitalized for a long time more than necessary, and submitted them to each insurance company, which had already been insured, to receive the insurance money.
