A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

However, the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to repay the above even if the Defendant borrowed such money from the victim with more expenditures than the above profits.

Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the victim as above and received 7 million won from the victim on his/her job as the borrowed money.

around 18:00 on March 8, 2008, the Defendant lent 4.5 million won to the victim D in front of the first copy of the Yong-gu, Yong-gu, Yongcheon-gu, Yongcheon-gu, Yongcheon-gu, Seoul, to the victim D, at KRW 3,500,000 after three days.
