Punishment of the crime

B A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “B”) is a corporation established for the purpose of construction with its head office located in Chungcheongnam-si and 2 in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, and the E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “E”) located in Chungcheongnam-si from September 11, 2019 to December 1, 201 of the same year is a business owner who performed construction works for G warehouse roof and external wall repair from E to E under a contract for construction works for repair works. H is a site manager of the above B, who is a general manager and supervisor responsible for the safety and health of workers and contractors employed by his/her employees and contractors in connection with the above repair works, and I is a senior safety supervisor of the above B, who is a manager and supervisor responsible for safety and health of workers employed by his/her employees and contractors in connection with the above repair works.

The Defendant is the actual business owner of J who has been re-subcontracted with the repair works for G warehouses and external walls of EF factories from the above B, and is the management and supervisor responsible for the safety and health of the employees under his/her control.

K is a manager and supervisor responsible for working environment, safety and health of workers employed by the contractor as the head of the department that permits work related to the above repair work as the head of the E branch logistics team, and L is a manager and supervisor responsible for on-site safety inspections and safety and health of workers employed by the contractor in relation to the above repair work as an employee of the competent department in relation to the remuneration work.
