Defendants A and I’s joint criminal conduct are the general manager of safety and health management responsible for the safety and health of workers working at the instant site and workers employed by the contractors, and I is the business owner who, through his own company C, employed the victim L (the age of 44) who is a worker in the instant site by being awarded a contract for H construction work from Defendant B through a stock company run by himself, and is engaged in safety and health management affairs at the instant construction site respectively.

At around 08:20 on August 29, 2018, A and I had the victim carry out the work of installing a released room at the seat of the rock wall in the construction site of this case.
