1. The Defendant’s KRW 320,000,000 as well as 12% per annum from October 1, 2015 to December 15, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

The plaintiff asserts that he lent a total of KRW 320,00,000 to the defendant six times as shown below. It is deemed that the defendant led to confession pursuant to Article 150 (3) and (1) of the Civil Procedure Act.
