Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a general restaurant in the name of "C cafeteria" in Gangseo-gun B.

Where a person who operates a food entertainment business sells or provides agricultural products or processed agricultural products after cooking them, he/she shall not make a false indication of the place of origin or conduct an act likely to cause confusion thereof.

Nevertheless, the Defendant purchased from the “E EM” located in Gangnam-si from August 1, 2017 to December 11, 2017 to KRW 310,500 (10kg 10kg / 13,500) the origin of the franchi in a cafeteria, even though the Defendant purchased from the “EM” located in Gangnam-si, to the 310,500 won (10kg 10k / 13,500 won) in Korea, but only used the country of origin of the franchi in a cafeteria.

“After making a false indication, it was cooked and sold to an unspecified number of customers who find a restaurant and a construction man who receives daily meals. From July 29, 2017 to December 13, 2017, the Korean Government purchased approximately KRW 34,520 (kg/4,500-5,000 to November 19, 2017) 634,520 won from “EM”, which is the same business establishment, with a false indication of origin 56 km from “G” located in Pyeongtaek-gun, Gangwon-gun, and purchased approximately 318,00,00 (kg/50, 50-6, 50-6, 500-6, 500-6, 500-6, 500-6, 2050-7, 2050-7, 250-7,000 won.”
