Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000, and by a fine of KRW 1,000,000, respectively.
The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 29, 2014, the Defendants visited each of the 601 Dong, 604 Dong, 605 Dong, and 605 Dong Dong-gu, Young-gu, Young-si, Young-si, the Defendant: (a) in collusion with D; and (b) on May 29, 2014, the Defendant visited each of the households of the 601 Dong, 604 Dong, 605 Dong, and 605 Dong; (c) although the Defendant did not have committed any misconduct, such as receiving money and valuables in the selection of the company following the apartment damage construction, the Defendant did not comply with the request for correction in response to the illegal work of the Chairperson F of the Representative, who was going to go to the 7rd Dong election for correction of the foregoing misconduct, and the Defendant distributed the 1500,000 local residents of the apartment damage company’s reputation by spreading the 150,000 local residents’ thickness, and by inducing the victims’ reputation to “the victim’s reputation”.
2. The Defendants conspired with the Defendants on June 18, 2014, on the bulletin board and the elevator bulletin board and the elevator room and the fence of the 602 Dong guard room, etc., the Defendant: (a) did not commit any misconduct such as receiving money and other valuables in the selection of an enterprise from the apartment damage construction; (b) attached a printed document prepared with the same content as described in paragraph (1), and damaged the victim’s reputation by viewing the non-resident at the same time.
3. On May 29, 2014, Defendant B: (a) within the conference room of the Yeongdeungpo-gu E Apartment Management Office of Young-si, Young-si, Young-si, Young-si, Madong-gu, and (b) on the ground that the president of the Dong-gu, the president of the Dong-gu, was not willing to see that the president of the Dong-gu, the president of the Dong-gu, posted his intention salary on his book, thereby damaging one and one book glass in the prices of apartment buildings.
