1. Basic facts

A. A. Around 1917, 21,124 square meters of D forest land was divided into two parcels, including F forest land 9,322 square meters (hereinafter “instant adjacent forest”) and C forest land 11,802 square meters (hereinafter “instant forest land”) around 1956, with the assessment of E around 1917.

B. The details of registration concerning the adjacent forest land of this case are as follows.

① A registration of ownership preservation has been made in the name of G on December 29, 1956; ② a registration of ownership transfer has been made in the name of H on October 17, 1964; ③ on February 12, 1966, the Plaintiff’s Cho (Death on April 3, 200; hereinafter “the deceased”) on the ground of sale made on February 10, 1966 in the name of the father of the Plaintiff on February 10, 1966 (hereinafter “the deceased”); ④ a registration of ownership transfer has been made on the ground of a donation made on April 2, 1986.

C. On November 9, 1966, the forest of this case had been registered for the preservation of ownership under the name of the J et al. and six other members of the defendant clan on November 1, 1969, and the forest of this case had been registered for the transfer of ownership in the name of the defendant clan on June 25, 1985.

At present, in the forest land of this case, five tombstones, bridges, tombstones, watchstones, candlelights, stone stairs, and stone poles are installed, such as the booms of Plaintiff’s fleets (such as the father’s father, grandparent, grandparent, and her father’s father’s mother) and the mother’s mother.
