1. Claim for the cancellation of the registration of ownership transfer with respect to real estate in paragraph 6 of the attached list to E among the instant lawsuits.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff and the Defendants are siblings of the net F (Death on August 1, 1970, hereinafter “the deceased”).
The deceased had her wife G(Death on February 2, 1993) and 3 South and North her children.
B. The registration of ownership has been completed in the name of the Plaintiff on the grounds of sale on February 14, 1963, No. 1824, Dec. 28, 1962, which was received on December 29, 1993; Act No. 3155, Nov. 30, 1992; Act No. 4502, Nov. 30, 1992; hereinafter “Special Measures Act”) under the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Real Estate Ownership; and the registration of ownership transfer has been completed in the name of Defendant C on the grounds of sale on March 27, 1978.

On September 28, 1995, No. 30327 of receipt of September 28, 1995, and February 6, 1980, the ownership transfer registration under Defendant C has been made for the reason of inheritance by agreement division.

On October 20, 194, the ownership transfer registration under the name of the deceased on August 8, 1980 on the transfer of ownership under the name of the defendant D on December 29, 1993, No. 3146 of the transfer of ownership under the name of the defendant D on December 29, 1993, and under the Act on Special Measures for Development of Agricultural and Fishing Villages on October 7, 1982 is completed in the name of the defendant C.
