around 15:50 on July 27, 2018, the Defendant driven an E-wit truck without obtaining a driver's license in a section of about 1km from the end of the C University located in Busannam-gu, Busan to the road of the same Gu D square.
around 15:20 on October 23, 2018, the Defendant driven a FF coos car without a car driver's license from approximately 2km to the front side of the Geum-dong, Geum-dong, Geum-gu, Busan to the front side of the Geum-dong, Geum-gu, Busan. The Defendant driven a F coos car without a car driver's license.
