Punishment of the crime

1. Defendants’ co-principal - Forgery, and violation of the Automobile Management Act: (a) forged a motor vehicle registration plate; (b) Defendant A conspired to operate the motor vehicle after attaching it to a stolen motor vehicle as set forth in the following 2(a).

At around 19:00 on April 26, 2018, the Defendants: (a) cut the iron plates prepared in advance to be melted in accordance with the size of the car number plate; (b) Defendant B posing the said iron plates into a ceiling air, and Defendant A forged the car number plate by means of drilling the said iron plates into a white cover; and (c) writing the word “D” with a stample on that part.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to forge a motor vehicle registration number plate for the purpose of exercising.

2. Defendant A’s crime;

A. On March 2018, the Defendant: (a) took advantage of the opportunity to possess the key of the DNA-learning car, the victim I (owner) in front of the H (H) located in Young-gun, Young-gun; and (b) took advantage of the opportunity to hold the key of the said car parked in the said place, the Defendant stolen the said car by opening a driver’s seat of the said vehicle parked in the said place and operating the said vehicle by leaving it to the said key.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

B. From May 3 to 19:00 on May 4, 2018, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act: (a) attached a forged motor vehicle registration number plate in front of the F (State) work room located in Yong-Namnam Ma; (b) attached it to the said DNA boarding motor vehicle; (c) from around that time to July 19:30, 2018, the Defendant driven the said motor vehicle on several occasions during the period from F to J (J) in Yong-Namnam Ma.

In this respect, the defendant used a forged motor vehicle registration number plate and exercised it.
