On September 23, 2014, at around 04:47, the Defendant driven approximately 6.5 kilometers from the subway station of Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul to the front floor of the Jung-gu Blue Building, Jung-gu, Seoul, U.S., U.S.A., while under the influence of alcohol by 0.118%.
