On July 13, 2014, at around 23:09, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.191%, and around 0.191%, the Defendant driven approximately 50 meters from the vicinity of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Seocho-gu Yang Jae-dong to the front right of 1229-6, Seocho-gu, Seocho-gu.
