Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall arrange, solicit, induce or coerce sexual traffic for business purposes, or provide a place for sexual traffic.

The defendant operated sexual intercourse businesses with the trade name of "C" on the second floor of the building B in Goyang-dong, Busan Metropolitan City. On March 2016, the defendant established three rooms from "C" to "C" and employed a female female D with sexual traffic, thereby allowing a male guest to engage in a similar sexual intercourse, such as reducing the sexual organ of the male guest and going to and from the top down, and received 80,000 won from sexual purchase customers with the price for sexual trafficking, and paid 40,000 won among them to D.

Accordingly, around April 28, 2016, the defendant received 80,000 won from the control police officers around 18:55 as the price for sexual traffic and provided three guidance to make sexual intercourses similar to the above D.

As a result, the defendant provided places of sexual traffic for business purposes and provided sexual traffic arranging acts.
