On May 5, 2016, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at around 00:445, driven the above vehicle at approximately 6 km from the area near Pyeongtaek-si, Northbuk apartment road, to the front road in front of the Eup gyl high school among Pyeongtaek-si located in Pyeongtaek-si.
