A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Criminal facts
On June 19, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was a c white-brupt driver; (b) around 13:50 on June 19, 2017, on the one hand, the Defendant continued to install a window at a 70-lane crop road in the crop-dong in Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (c) on the ground that the string vehicle of the victim D (n, 33 years old) driven in the front of the Defendant’s vehicle, the Defendant proceeded along the victim’s vehicle on several occasions; (d) the vehicle’s engine sound by undergoing a speed crop; and (e) the vehicle was rapidly changed in the front line to the victim’s vehicle; and (e) the Defendant continued to have the victim move several horns and engine sound on the side of the victim’s vehicle, and (e) the victim was separated from the victim’s vehicle at the center at a distance of 700 meters; and (e) the Defendant was faced with the victim’s vehicle at the center at the top.
Accordingly, the Defendant, using the lived car, which is a dangerous object, inflicted an injury on the victim, such as chest scale, which requires treatment for about two weeks, and at the same time damaged the Eststun vehicle owned by the victim in total to cover KRW 1,097,028.
