Punishment of the crime

On November 26, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year to imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Gwangju District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on February 14, 2016.

Accordingly, the defendant used a stolen body card, and made data processed by inputting information without authority into a computer or any other information processing device, thereby acquiring financial benefits equivalent to 2,600 won.

In addition, the Defendant used the stolen physical card, such as Nos. 1, 4, 5, 7, and 8 of the List of Crimes Nos. 1, 4, 7, and 8, and acquired a total of 14,400 won.
