A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a maximum of six months and a short of four months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Crimes committed on January 11, 2018;
A. On January 11, 2018, the Defendant: (a) was parked in a door-to-door store parking lot located in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si on January 11, 2018; and (b) was parked therein.
E The vehicle's door was discovered and searched inside the vehicle, but the victim C's cell phone case was stored in the victim C's cell phone, and the victim's cell phone was stolen with one copy of the new bank card.
B. 2. Crimes committed on January 13, 2018;
(a) On January 13, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 01:00 on the third floor of Mabrying, Kimcheon-si L on Kimcheon-si; (b) on the side by the victim K, the Defendant thief on the part of the victim K, and (c) on the part of the victim K, he/she takes up the cresh card of modern card owned by the victim; (d) one copy of post office Czeke card of the new bank; (e) one copy of the driver’s license; and (e) a disabled person’s card.
As a result, the theft was committed.
B. On January 13, 2018, the Defendant violated the law regarding financial business specializing in fraud and credit finance against the victim N.
