Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On March 29, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 2 months at the Suwon District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (refluence of measurement), etc. on August 9, 2009, the Defendant issued a summary order of 2 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (refluence) at the Gangseo Branch Branch of the Chuncheon District Court on October 9, 2009. On November 13, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment of 10 months at the Suwon District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (Refluence) and was sentenced to imprisonment of 8 months at the same court on April 10, 2018, and completed the execution of the sentence on September 17, 2018.

1. On June 27, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving at around 14:35, a vehicle driving at a volume of KRW 100 meters from the front side of Suwon-si B to the front side of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, without obtaining a driver’s license.
2. On July 4, 2019, the Defendant driven a G SM6 vehicle with approximately KRW 600 meters from the front side of his residence in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, to the front side of the F apartment road in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, without obtaining a driver’s license, at around 22:42 on July 4, 2019.
Around 21:00 on December 31, 2019, the Defendant driven a d SM6 car at approximately 500 meters away from the front side of the I Children Park in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si to the front side of the Suwon-si J in Suwon-si, under the influence of alcohol by 0.167% of the blood alcohol level without a vehicle driver's license.
