A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

around 05:35 on May 23, 2016, the Defendant driven a Bnish-do car from the front side of the Sinnam City of Sungnam-gu to the Hensan-dong Seoul Toltro-dong, Gyeonggi-do, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.059% of the blood alcohol content on May 23, 2016.

On July 1, 2014, the Defendant, at around 06:30 on July 1, 2014, driven a 300m radius near the Central Hospital in the Gyeonggi-nam-si, and from around 200m radius to the roads near the same Gu short-term 95-9 in the Gu short-term 95-9.

On August 5, 2016, the Defendant, at around 05:55, operated the Bnish-do car from the same apartment parking lot located in the B-gu B-dong in the Gyeonggi-si without obtaining a driver's license on August 5, 2016 to the two roads of the Seocho-gu in the Seocho-gu in the same city.
