Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who was working as the chief of the broad-name branch of the Korea Automobile Trade Union Federation C (hereinafter referred to as the “C branch”) of the Seoul Metropolitan Government Bus Workers’ Union C branch (hereinafter referred to as the “C branch”) and was willing to prepare and deliver a letter of recommendation as a candidate for the election of officers of C branch C branch officers (branch officers) in the name of C branch C branch officers (branch officers) in order to support D in the election of D.

1. On December 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) instructed from the office of the labor union in the Gwangju metropolitan area of the C Branch, the Defendant forged private documents to enter the names of the members of I, J, K, K, L, M, N, etc. in the name column with the letter of recommendation of executive officers (branch head) who recommend D as candidate (branch head) in an election of executive officers of the C Branch, together with F, G, H, and H, in the name column, at the office of the labor union in the Gwangju metropolitan area of the C Branch, the C Branch, located in the name column; and (b) had the said members affix their seals in the signature column.

As a result, the Defendant forged one copy of the recommendation of candidate for executive officers (branch officers) in the name of I, J, K, L, M, N, etc., which is a private document of fact certification for the purpose of uttering.

2. The Defendant: (a) sent one copy of the recommendation of a candidate for an officer (a branch chief) who has been forged to D in the office of the branch office in the above date, at the same time, and at the same place; and (b) sent it by facsimile as if he had been duly formed.
