1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 268,282,300 for the Plaintiff and KRW 6% per annum from June 20, 2014 to January 30, 2015; and (b).

1. Indication of claim;

A. The Defendant, while running a mobile phone assembly chain “B” on November 16, 2013, was in arrears with the total of 313,659,602 wages and retirement allowances of 67 workers, including C, while closing down business on November 16, 2013.

B. From June 12, 2014 to June 20, Plaintiff 2014, on behalf of the Defendant, paid a substitute payment of KRW 268,282,30 in total to 64 of the said 64 workers’ wages for the last three months and retirement allowances for the last three years.

C. Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay 268,282,300 won and damages for delay to the plaintiff Corporation under Article 8 of the Wage Claim Guarantee Act.

2. Judgment without any ground for recognition (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
