1. The Defendants received on December 26, 201 from the Plaintiff on each real estate listed in the separate sheet.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is F, G’s children, Defendant B, and C’s children, Defendant D’s children, Defendant B’s children, and Defendant E’s children.
B. The registration of ownership transfer was completed in the Plaintiff’s future on the grounds of the sale as of December 29, 2006 on December 14, 2006, Hacheon-si H 652 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) and one-eight shares were each transferred in the Defendants’ future on the grounds of the donation as of December 26, 2011.
C. The registration of ownership transfer was completed on January 13, 2005 by 1/2 shares in the name of G and Defendant C as to the shares of G, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed on November 14, 2006 for the shares of Defendant C on the ground of the donation made on November 8, 2006, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed on December 14, 2006 for the shares of Defendant C. The registration of ownership transfer was completed on the ground of the sale made on December 14, 2006 for the shares of Defendant C.
After that, on December 26, 2011, with respect to the 1/2 of the shares that the Plaintiff acquired from G, the registration of transfer of ownership was completed in 1/8 shares in each of the Defendants’ future due to the gift made on December 23, 2011.

2. Determination as to the cause of action
A. 1) The Plaintiff’s assertion 1) The Plaintiff’s assertion that each real estate of this case is a final and conclusive donation to the Plaintiff by F, and the Defendants forged various documents necessary for the registration of ownership transfer of each real estate of this case with no consent from the Plaintiff and completed the registration of ownership transfer in the future of the Defendants. Thus, the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the Defendants on each real estate of this case should be cancelled as the grounds for invalidation. 2) Each real estate of this case alleged by F is merely a title trust by F to the Plaintiff.
