1. The Defendant’s KRW 64,043,380 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from May 29, 2015 to July 20, 2016.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The parties concerned are regional housing associations composed of redevelopment projects in the following cities B, and the plaintiff is a person who performed certain duties in relation to the project management of the above redevelopment project.

B. On March 22, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a business management agreement (hereinafter “business management agreement”) related to the construction of a new housing association of the Seoul District Housing Association (tentatively named “A”) (hereinafter “P.M.) (hereinafter “A”). According to the above agreement, the project agent of the project, C and the Plaintiff are responsible for the duties of securing land and raising funds in relation to the new housing construction project, and the project agent of the project, C and the Plaintiff are responsible for the integrated management of the entire project as an agent of solar, and C and the Plaintiff are responsible for the duties of securing land and raising funds in relation to the new housing construction project, and the Plaintiff is responsible for the duties of managing the project (P.M.).

C. On March 22, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a sales agency contract with E-K Real Estate Investment Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “E-K”) on a sales agency agreement with the Plaintiff to vicariously sell the objects of sale in relation to the new apartment construction project.

According to the above contract, "(tentative) A regional housing association promotion committee (hereinafter referred to as "promotion committee") which is a project implementer in selling the subject matter in lots, the Plaintiff shall enter into a contract for the recruitment of union members (hereinafter referred to as "sale") on certain terms and conditions." The sales authority of the whole subject matter in lots shall be granted to the Plaintiff, and the sales agency shall be paid 3 million won per household (excluding value-added tax), and the sales agency shall be paid in a lump sum after authorization for the establishment of the association, and the sales agency shall be paid in the first week of the following month after settlement by the end of each month.
