A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 2012, the Defendant forged public document forgery: (a) requested to forge a resident registration certificate of KRW 800,000 in cash to B, which was known in the coffee shop located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; and (b) around that time, forged public document for the purpose of using a forged resident registration certificate against the Defendant under the name of the head of the Seo-gu Daejeon Metropolitan City, Daejeon.

2. At around 15:50 on December 17, 2012, the Defendant presented one resident registration certificate, which is a forged public document, as if he were issued genuinely, at the entrance search stand at the entrance of a casino in Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, which was demanded by security personnel to present an identification card.
