1. The plaintiff's primary and conjunctive claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant B”) is an implementer and contractor of a project that newly constructs and sells AK and AL loan (hereinafter “AM”) on each land of Dobong-gu Seoul and AJ, and the remainder Defendants are members of the NA as members of the NA reconstruction association on the said land.
B. On November 7, 2014, Defendant B entered into a sales agency contract with AO (hereinafter “AO”) and delegated AO with the authority to sell AM in lots.
C. On September 3, 2015, the Plaintiff prepared a complete payment contract with respect to AK AK APdong Q Q (hereinafter “instant real estate”) listed in the separate sheet as follows. In fact, the Plaintiff agreed to pay KRW 100 million to AO as stated in the contract terms, not the contract sale indicated in the column for the amount of the complete payment contract, and to transfer ownership of KRW 90 in the land located in Cheongju-si to AO in the manner of transferring ownership of KRW 90 in the land located in Cheongju-si:
After that, on September 4, 2015, the Plaintiff
9.6. The transfer of 100 million won to AO was made on June 1, 2000, but the transfer registration of ownership on the land located in Cheongju-si has not been completed until now.

1. 50 million won of the down payment shall be deposited on the contract date; and
2. Any balance shall be deposited in the AO by September 4, 2015, in each of the amounts of KRW 50,000.
3. Part of the sale price shall be substituted by the following land:
- Chungcheongbuk-si AY [900 square meters] - 90,000 won shall be succeeded to by the AO.
- The interest accruing after October 15, 2015 shall be borne by the AOC.
4. By October 15, 2015, the late-payment rate of which shall not be completed shall be paid in two million won per month by the AAO.
6. Upon completion, a contract shall be entered into in the collateral list.
