Punishment of the crime

1. 모욕 피고인들은 공모하여 2019. 1. 1. 00:15경 서울 강남구 C에 있는 “D” 주점에서, 손님인 피고인들이 행패를 부린다는 112신고를 받고 출동한 서울강남경찰서 E파출소 소속 경찰관 피해자 F에게 피고인 A는 “이 씨발새끼 짭새새끼, 대갈통을 깨버릴까 보다. 야, 술값 149,500원만 결제하고 나머지 500원은 저 새끼들 줘 욕값이다. 이 씨발놈들아”라는 등의 말을 하고, 피고인 B는 “이 씨발 개새끼들, 내가 월급 주는 새끼들이 존나게 까부네, 저리 꺼져 이 씨발새끼야.”라는 등의 말을 하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.

At the same time and place as stipulated in Paragraph 1, the Defendants committed assault, such as: (a) the police officer affiliated with the Seoul Gangnam Police Station G of Seoul Gangnam Police Station G (30 years of age) sent back to the police officer F to the site; (b) the Defendants’ insult and disturbance continued to take a cell phone inquiry device in order to provide evidence; and (c) the Defendants B dumped the ebbbb, f (48 years of age) and the police officer F (48 years of age) and H attempted to arrest Defendant B as a flagrant offender for the purpose of obstructing the performance of official duties; and (d) the Defendants A committed assault to F and H by harming their body.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to interfere with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers on criminal investigation, etc.
