Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,00, and by a fine of KRW 300,000, respectively.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 11, 2013, the Defendants, who interfered with the duties of the Defendants, committed expenses incurred in refusing to take passengers by blocking a private taxi operated by a victim D (the age of 58) who is in the atmosphere signaled on the front side of Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and Defendant A opened a taxi while trying to extract the keys of the taxi, and Defendant B obstructed the passage of the said taxi.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly interfered with the legitimate operation of taxi by about 20 minutes.

2. On June 11, 2013, around 06:15, to 07:30 on June 11, 2013, Defendant A’s insultd the victim F (the age of 45) of the police officer, who was arrested as a flagrant offender interfering with business affairs at the office of Yangcheon-gu Seoul E-gu, Seoul, and who investigated the facts of the crime under the above provision, and was subject to investigation at the E-district, Defendant F (the age of 45) of the victim, who was another police officer, civil petitioners, etc., saying, “I am close to the tax of new flag, flas, and even if I am, I am saw the victim’s public flag by openly obing the victim.”
