A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 20, 2014, at around 18:13, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) and driven a vehicle B with a blood alcohol concentration of about 6km from the road front of the Dai-ri Doi Doi Doi Doi Doi-gun, Hai-gun, to the road front of the said Doi Doi Doi-ri Doi Doi Doiriririri-gu, the Defendant was under influence of alcohol content of about 0.183%.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) led the Defendant to drive the said car at the temporary border as described in paragraph 1, with two-lane roads in front of the creative gas filling station in the Chang-gu Seoul Metropolitan City budget-raising Seoul Special Metropolitan City, along with two-lanes from the budget-proof to the esibic air.

At the time, there was a vehicle in the front side of the defendant, so in such a case, the person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to prevent the collision with the previous vehicle by keeping the safety distance well by checking the front side.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol, was driven by the victim C (the age of 58) who was under way prior to the collision due to negligence not showing the traffic situation at the front of the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and was driven by the Defendant for the front part of the vehicle under the influence of the Defendant.

Ultimately, the Defendant, as seen above, was driving under a difficult condition due to influence of drinking, and suffered injury to the victim, such as the pressure pressure pressure at the end, No. 4 and No. 5, which requires treatment for about three months.
