Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a C Poter cargo vehicle.

On March 17, 2014, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle at around 07:45, and got to turn to the left at the seat of the budget Eup, depending on one lane, the three-lane distance of the license examination site at the Yannam-gun, which is located at the Yannam-gun.

At all times, there is a range of no-protected left-hand turn at the time of green signal, so in such a case, the driver had a duty of care to prevent accidents by making a left-hand turn only when there is no other vehicle entering the intersection while green signal and there is no other vehicle entering the intersection.

Nevertheless, under the circumstance of red signal, the Defendant was negligent in making a left-hand turn to the left-hand turn without confirming whether another vehicle cross is opened to the left-hand side of the Defendant’s budget, and the front-hand part of the EKa Costa car driven by the victim D (the age of 35) who is going to the right-hand side by the straight-on signal from the left-hand side of the Defendant’s budget Eup to the right-hand side of the Defendant’s cargo vehicle

The Defendant caused the victim by negligence in the course of performing the above duties to suffer bodily injury, such as the aggravation of the bones of fingers, which requires medical treatment for about 12 weeks.
