A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 5, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a warehouse entrance of the victim C located in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan Government on February 5, 2016, and intruded into the entrance of the victim C; and (b) cut off one bicycle and 5,000 won in cash at the market price owned by the said victim.

2. Larceny;

A. On January 2016, the Defendant stolen KRW 180,000,000 in cash owned by the victim D from the Seocho-gu apartment guard room in Busan, Seowon-gu, Busan, for a crime against the victim D.

B. On January 7, 2016, around 14:00 on January 7, 2016, the Defendant stolen one bicycle at the victim F parking lot located in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, with the market price of KRW 180,00,000, at the victim F.

around 02:40 on January 8, 2016, the Defendant stolen KRW 30,000 in cash owned by the victim I in the K parking lot located in the Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan CityJ.

(d)

At around 03:30 on January 8, 2016, the Defendant stolen a victim M-owned cash of KRW 50,000 and KRW 50,000 on the road located in the 2nd Dong of Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, which was located in the NA, from the roads located in the 2nd Dong of Gangseo-gu, Busan.

E. On February 5, 2016, around 03:20 on February 5, 2016, the Defendant stolen KRW 1 million in cash, which was located in Q car on the front side of Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City P.
