Punishment of the crime

On December 29, 2012, from around 05:00 to 10:50, the Defendant: (a) diversed from the second floor of the C Hospital located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon; (b) divers and victims D (the age of 62) who worked in the above hospital requested the said hospital to leave several times; (c) divers and victims (the age of 62) failed to take part in the hospital, thereby obstructing the patient’s hospital’s hospital’s hospital’s hospital’s hospital’s hospital’s hospital’s hospital’s hospital’s hospital’s hospital’s hospital’s hospital’s hospital business by force.
