1. 협박 피고인은 2013. 4. 11. 12:30경 부산 부산진구 B에 있는 C병원 주사실에서 피해자 D이 코를 골며 잠을 자고 있던 피고인에게 조용히 해달라고 했다는 이유로, 삿대질을 하면서 큰 소리로 “씨발년, 잠 좀 자러 왔더니 개 같은 년이 지랄하고 있네, 다 뒤집어 엎어볼까, 죽고싶나 이년이”라고 말하고, 같은 날 12:50경 위 C병원 주사실 문 앞에서 누군가와 통화하는 척 하면서 피해자가 들으라는 듯이 큰소리로 “어느 미친 씨발년이 개지랄 하잖아 개같은 년이 쑤셔 버릴라, 씨발 죽고싶나 썅년”이라고 말하여 피해자를 협박하였다.
