Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving service of CMF5 vehicles.

On May 31, 2018, the Defendant driven the above SM5 vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.090% during blood transfusion around 01:00, while driving the above SM5 vehicle in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, and proceeded at the speed of about 30 km from the direction of the police station in the city where the head of Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, and the Gu private distance in the Eup/Myeon.

Since there is a long distance intersection where signal lights are installed, the driver of the motor vehicle had a duty of care to safely drive the brakes and steering gear in accordance with the signals while accurately operating the steering system.

Ultimately, the Defendant by such occupational negligence inflicted injury on the victim D, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of treatment on the part of the victim FF (27 years of age) who was aboard the said cab, suffered from the victim G (26 years of age) who was on board the said cab about two weeks of treatment, such as clothes, knee, etc. requiring approximately three weeks of treatment.

Violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) driven the above SM5 vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 1km from the Do near the new commercial building in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, and the head of the Dong-gu, Ulsan-gun, and the head of the Dong-gu, Ulsan-gun, to the long-distance death distance in the Eup/Myeon-gu, Ulsan-gun, U.S., U.S., under the influence of alcohol content of 0.090%.
